To learn more, visit Lumileds.com Who You Are: Key member of the factory Management Team and part of the Finance Operations team Position Summary: Manages full spectrum of financial and accounting activities and acts as strong business partner to drive the site to reach financial objectives What You Will Do: Responsible and accountable for all matters pertaining to the effectiveness, competitiveness, profitability and operations of the company in the end to end finance including all aspects of management and statutory reporting Provide support to Plant Management, Procurement and Supply Chain, also business partner with all related stakeholders Involved in operations closing & reporting, stabilize and support the leadership teams on cost analysis and management conclusions Oversee the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business analysis to make sound decision making through value creation of business opportunities, including yield and capacity investment decisions for the plant. Initiate and stimulate cost productivity projects as well as cash improvement initiatives Leading the CAPEX, fixed assets, and any other expenses for the plant Periodically review internal controls of the Group, and implement recommended audit findings ensure compliance of the Group policies, and SOP. Implement, develop and review accounting and financial procedures to ensure compliance with Group policies, procedures and statutory requirements. Periodically assess the budgetary control system including highlighting any variances and make recommendations for improvements. Liaise with Company secretary, lawyers, bankers, tax agents, auditors, MITI, MIDA, BNM and statutory personnel over financial issues, auditing queries, legislation matters, tax submission, all legal and secretarial matters and inquiries. Actively involved in projects assigned, related but not limited to standardization, integration or other specific operations projects What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications): Strong leadership, and good interpersonal skill (managing a able team) Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, ability to handle ambiguity, effective communicator as business partner Pro-active approach combined with business orientation Active and committed team player with strong leadership qualities and a track record of building and developing solid finance teams Excellent written and spoken English.
