Job Summary:

The role will ensure quality Digital and IT program and project delivery, through management of strategic project and service delivery teams, as well as the governance of the project methodology across all Digital and IT projects. The role will provide strategic guidance and support in concert with the direction of DKSH Digital and IT strategy and drive efficiency and excellence in the Project Management Office. Ensure adherence to service levels, best practices and proven methodologies to promote successful delivery and continuous improvements for project management.

Responsibilities:

Project Management Framework and Governance

• Owner of DKSH IT Project Management Methodology and its associated assets such as tools, templates, processes, repositories, etc
• Advocate and enforcer of project management methodology and ensure all IT projects comply with the methodology.
• Lead and drive the PMO governance team to perform the following responsibilities:
• Provide project oversight and governance for all IT projects
• Set yearly project KPIs
• Conduct IT project portfolio management (PPM) meeting for ITLT and prepare periodic report for management including DKSH Group Exco
• Conduct project review and audit to assure methodology adherence, quality and KPI achievements.

People and Line Management

• Overall lead for the PMO team which comprises of demand manager, project manager, PMO analyst, etc to set department direction and KPI.
• Manage personnel, administrative and HR matters related to line management such as leave approval, claim approval, performance setting and review, personal development and career discussion including training as well as any HR related matters
• Coach, guide and motivate team member to excel in project or area of responsibility.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding internal and external staff from recruitment and probation/confirmation to handover and staff departure. Need to manage contract with agency/vendor for external staff engagement.

Program / Project / Service Delivery

• Lead and drive the PMO project manager and service delivery team to deliver projects on time and on cost with quality and meet customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to PMO staff in facilitating and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
• Manage business and IT stakeholders\' expectation on project and to resolve any inter- and intra-departmental escalation/conflict/issue.
• Set direction and lead, drive and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
• Think strategically and devise long lasting solution/approach and translate to tactical and operational tasks.
• Able to influence opinions and decisions when working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to remove impediments, coach the team and inspire high sense of self-organization high performance within the team.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Drive and manage learning and development of team in the areas of Project Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals.

Requirements

• Must have experience in IT project management and delivery with proven track record for delivering successful project/program using either waterfall or Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodology.
• Must have experience in managing expectations, engagement and presentation to C-level and top management of an organization.
• Must have line or people management experience in building and driving high performance team.
• Proven extensive experience in managing and delivering large and complex projects across functions and/or geographies with a cross-functional team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Advantageous to have industry experience and knowledge in healthcare (incl. GxP and CSV framework), consumer goods and general logistics and distribution.
• Preferably a strong track record in leading and managing integrated applications with SAP being the lead system.
• Preferably certified in either PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum methodology.
