Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the retail or F&B industry, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver high-quality work.
