About the Role:
As a Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for assessing; developing and monitoring of the service delivery standards followed in all rooms\xe2\x80\x99 division related areas.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare annual budgets and administer in a fiscally responsible manner.
Implement and manage the rooms division\xe2\x80\x99s annual budget, business and marketing plan with the objective to meet or exceed management expectations.
Lead and support all areas in the achievement of their financial and operational targets.
Control all purchases for the department, consistently aware of quality and cost.
Assist in the preparation of the annual strategic plan and achieve the goals and targets therein.
Oversee the selection, training and development of all Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth within the rooms division area.
