About Our Client
Our client is a Public Listed Organization with a wide range of diverse businesses within its Group. They are currently seeking for a Director of Security to head the Security division.- Building a comprehensive physical security and asset protection programs and strategy and provide technical advice for all aspects of security management.
- Develop guidelines for security audits and conduct security audits.
- Drive opportunities for consolidation and cost savings by implementing centralized security services.
- Hold responsibility for implementing/maintaining crisis management plan
- Provide enterprise coordination focal point and assist the business as needed in critical events
- Develop the crisis team and pre-planning activities as appropriated
- Advise senior leadership on security issues and high-level risks and associated mitigation plans
- Ensure the safety of employees, facilities and stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other related government agencies as appropriate and maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements related to physical security, disaster recovery and business continuitiy
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration or relevant fields
- Experience within the Police Force or Corporate experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing large team
