What this job involves: The role focuses on achieving a personal fee revenue target by generating business from local SMEs and self-generated accounts within Segment 3 tenants. The individual will aim to expand the Segment 3 portfolio by securing new clients and retaining existing ones. They will be responsible for incorporating the \'One JLL\' initiative into all commercial actions, ensuring alignment with company values. Maintaining an accurate and updated database using JLL\'s proprietary software, Marketlink, is a key aspect of the role. The individual will also work closely with clients and team members to address financial model, transaction, and landlord-related issues. Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build client relationships are essential for success in this role.
