Responsibilities Responsible for the leasing of office space to prospective tenants on behalf of the Landlord (single Grade A Green certified building) (working with colleagues and working alone) Responsible for the leasing of all office space: traditional, serviced office / co-working to prospective tenants and time to time retail space Formulating and assist in formulating marketing strategies and leasing plans of the Landlord single building leasing project Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing relating activities of the appointed office building Oversee and assist in overseeing the leasing process for the Landlord, from finding prospective Clients, identifying suitable office space in the building, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of landlord within his given parameters, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents Generate own pipeline / business. The building is of Grade A and a landmark in KL, renowned brands and C-suites prospective tenants will be the main target segment You\'ll grow and leverage your network of contacts to ensure you are at the forefront of the market. Oversee and assist in oversight of all leasing transactions within JLL Leasing team including coordination building visits You will need to perform financial analysis and conduct due diligence in order to convince your prospects of your case. Your advice can help them to make a decision between renewing or relocating and the real estate option they choose eventually. Such decisions will shape the real estate footprint of your prospects. Experience of commercial real estate dealing with occupiers and investors at a c-suite level. Experience must be in similar markets around AsiaPac advising occupiers through their entire office project life cycle. You\'ll need to have the experience to lead major projects.
