Involve in landlord & tenant representation, business development and operations of the department.
Responsible for leasing of office spaces for landlords and/or to prospective tenants and tenant representation services.
Formulate / assist in formulating a marketing strategies and leasing plans.
Plan, implement and monitor the execution of the marketing related activities to ensure set targets are achieved for the team.
Landlord Representation
Oversee the leasing process, identifying prospective clients, negotiating commercial terms, securing the tenancy to finalisation of the tenancy document. Assist in renewal process from negotiations to finalising tenancy renewal documents.3
Tenant Representation
Secure mandates to represent the client & implementation of the project.
For relocation/new office space - Search for building options, building options tour, review & compare options, financials and non financials review, negotiations, securing tenancy to finalising tenancy documents.
For renewal - assist in renewal process, financial comparisons/review, negotiations and finalising renewal documents
Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate / Property or equivalent.
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in office leasing
Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
