In your new role you will: Accountable and Responsible for overall (End to End from Assembly to Test) Production Logistics Planning, functions of all modules in Site MAL Accountable and responsible for weekly demand fulfillment from Div within PP horizon Responsible for capacity ramp up of dedicated Modules in Melaka plant to meet company Demand to Revenue (DtR) target to support Division revenue Close collaboration with SO, FIN, QM and IE to focus on delivery stability and commitment and balancing to ensure company\'s KPIs are met Close collaboration with multiple segments/sites to ensure effective and efficient WIP Flow management within Segments (PLA/PLT/TS/POB) Provides leadership and managing role to the Production Logistics Planning team to meet company goal in achieving operations excellence with high performance behavior Continuous improvement of existing and implemented tools, methods and processes Provide and align with DIVs/Operations an executional model to match the next 26 weeks demand scenario Harmonize & standardize PC Planning Tool & Systematic Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Economics or related discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, in particular experience in operations planning and/or industrial engineering and in management role In depth knowledge in supply chain management, backend production processes, demand fulfillment approach, headcount and capacity modelling In depth analytical & problem solving skills and ability to anticipate issues & challenges to develop actions and proposals to resolve complex topics Ability to lead a team of multiple levels of managers and planners to meet the organization\'s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment Ability to coach & mento r a team of multiple levels of managers and planners to groom them for future growth Good interpersonal skills & able to interact effectively with various levels of people Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
