Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Personal Assistant to Managing Director \xe2\x80\xa2 Answers phone calls, calendar managements including scheduling appointments, meetings, events and supports visitors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Travelling arrangements including car rental, flight ticket, accommodation booking, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan business meetings and company events as well as taking minutes during meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform full spectrum of secretarial or office admin duties. \xe2\x80\xa2 To communicate with all levels including internal, external parties on various subjects on a regular basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent and committed sense of responsibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform ad-hoc projects and Private and Confidential assignments that assigned by Managing Director.
