• Drive the business to deliver relevant, insightful, strategic & forward-looking and best use real estate feasibility studies.
• Lead in preparing & presenting consultancy proposals; presentations, consultancy timeline projections driven client goals & objectives. In line with this, you will perform and important part in engaging & effective presentations to Clients.
• Provide vital inputs in the creation of press releases and media write-ups to various publications to gain strategic publicity for the firm when the opportunity arises.
• Deliver thought leadership papers and other research-driven outputs (presentations, etc), incorporating both primary and secondary research, to support regional business lines and other functional priorities of the corporate solutions business
• Liaise with regional and local market research, and regional capital markets research to identify synergies and opportunities to collaborate around research projects.
• Working closely with the marketing team to develop compelling research-led content strategies and maximize the reach and relevance of research deliverables for our internal and external audiences.
• oversee the gathering of quality data towards the effective management of existing time series and the building of new ones as and when the need arises
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data and draw meaningful insights
• Lead the analysis and interpretation of the data collated to arrive at house views of the state of the market and the short-to-medium term outlook for the assigned sector(s).
• look for new and innovative data solutions.
• Work on quarterly research reports, white papers, press releases, media commentaries, and any research materials that will cement JLL\xe2\x80\x99s thought leadership.
• Take media interviews and speak at events, both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with various subject matter experts and thought leaders from across JLL leadership to identify new content needs
• Closely follow ongoing policy matters/ reform changes relating to the real estate sector and comment on the update on a regular basis
• Manage existing REIS client relationships and develop new relationships through pitches and development of new, innovative data solutions.
• Continually develop, enhance and leverage understanding of economies, demographics, and commercial real estate markets.
• Conduct fieldwork, including vacancy and tenant inspections of existing projects as well as assessment of future project completion dates by cultivating local contacts and conducting interviews.
• Providing client research including real estate market intelligence studies, location intelligence, construction intelligence, transaction intelligence etc. Conduct primary and secondary research to support assignment-based and ad-hoc research queries. You will also provide client research including market trends, key themes and reasoning for any changes in market. You should have a great hand in excel and writing reports.
