We're a small but growing F&B company, and we're looking for a Personal Assistant to our Director, someone organized, resourceful, and ready to get things done. You'll be the Director's right hand, helping to keep daily operations, schedules, and projects running smoothly across our restaurant brands.

What You'll Do
Help manage the Director's day-to-day schedule and priorities
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Handle emails, documents, and light admin work
Assist with restaurant-related tasks and simple reports
Communicate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams
Occasionally help plan or coordinate small events
What We're Looking For
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Good communication skills (English & BM)
Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and able to multitask
Experience in F&B, hospitality, or admin is a plus
Must enjoy working closely with a small, hands-on team

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
