To facilitate the Domestic Inquiry for the Executive level and Manager Level;
Handling complaints & disputes, managing grievances procedures and facilitating counselling;
Support the management of disciplinary and grievances issues;
Conduct investigations, inquiries and hearings related to disciplinary and work performance issues as well as misconduct;
To prepare the Disciplinary Letter : Show Cause Letter, Warning letter, Performance Improvement Plan, Termination Letter;
Monitor and keep track with the timeline set to the employee\xe2\x80\x99s with disciplinary / performance issues;
Coordinate and implementation of Penalty/Reward system (Disciplinary arising issue like absenteeism; Lateness, etc.);
Prepare documentation in regards to labour relations matters
Keep abreast with all updates / changes to the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, SOCSO, EPF, Income Tax Act, Minimum Wages order & etc as to ensure compliance;
Coordinate / Conduct HR Induction Program for all new hire;
Draft, develop, review and update HR policies, SOPs, Employee handbook from time to time
Responsible to prepare / draft all correspondence letters, memos, reports, slide presentations and to take minutes of meeting;
JOB REQUIREMENT: -
Minimum 3 years of experience in related scope will be required for this position
Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field required
Strong knowledlge & has thorough understanding in Industrial Relations Act, Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act,
Thorough understanding of dispute resolution and negotiation techniques
Excellent in communications and interpersonal skills as to collaborate with all levels of the organization, stakeholders and other related parties
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to remain calm, tactful and persuasive in controversial or confrontational situation

Familiar with HRDCorp for claim purposes and work closely with internal or external training provider.
Prepare yearly training report for yearly Management review and to prepare annual training calendar and budget for training and development for each department.
To plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities and liaise closely with HOD to identify and assess training and development needs for employees
To compile training manuals and present information to HOD;
