Responsibilities: Lead and manage distributor network specializing in lubricant business. Drive marketing programs to achieve planned volume, revenue, and margin growth. Provide guidance to distributors on lubricant business in close coordination with other line of business and stakeholders to accomplish distribution coverage objectives. Establish critical link between Petron and distributors for supply chain related matters including ordering, delivery, and standard offer and demand planning. Develop and support the distributor network, focusing on the growth of premium and high margin products. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business studies, economics or other relevant disciplines with CGPA above 3.00. Willing to travel and to be based throughout Malaysia with own transportation. Possesses 3 to 5 years\' experience in sales role. Exposure in automotive, machinery or gas technology background will be an added advantage. Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company.
