You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advisory services, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to drive organizational success.\xc2\xb7 Provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation planning and organizational development.\xc2\xb7 Collect/analyze human resources data and make recommendations to promote continual improvement.\xc2\xb7 Enhance the HR department\xe2\x80\x99s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to objectives and output.\xc2\xb7 Complete projects and special assignments to determine priorities, effective time management, gain the cooperation of others, monitor progress, problem-solving, and make appropriate adjustment to project plans.\xc2\xb7 Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.Preferred Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in HR supporting large MNCs or Medical Devices is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience with Workday is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience with RBA compliance is preferredTo all Staffing and Recruiting Agencies: Our Careers Site is only for individuals seeking a job at Dexcom.
