Responsibilities: * Responsible for the overall lubes volume and margin goals.

• Accomplish distributor business objectives including business planning, contract administration, credit, network optimization, distributor price list, new distributor acquisition.
• Develops plans and strategies to compete in key markets, targeting major sectors to further grow the lubes business.
• Responsible to council and manage distributor network and to deliver/execute sales and marketing programs, Supports the continuous optimization of the lubes network and supply chain to meet plan and ensure competitiveness.
• Ensures business continuity in the event of distributor or personnel changes.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to Distributor organization ensuring they produce strong sales results to meet plan.

Qualifications: * Working location will be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

• Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree in Engineering or other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.
• Preferably 2 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales role.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company.
