Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer services including attending to and resolving customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries.
- Order processing.
- Reports generation.
- Any other tasks or projects as assigned.
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline
- Computer literate
- Good command of English, both written and oral
- Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
