Job description
Heading/intro:
Due to team growth, our client is looking to hire an experienced Distributor Operations/Distributor Development Manager to expand their presence within Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a successful roadmap for the company\'s distributor development program.
- Perform P&L analysis of potential distributors to determine the ideal partner in the region.
- Establish processes and tools to support distributor growth and ensure compliance to company\'s vision and mission.
- Work closely with the Sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage contracts and contract renewals with distributors across Malaysia.
- 5 years of experience in a distributor management role within the consumer hardware or related industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with senior management, distributors and retailers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with relevant distributor management/channel sales experience from Sales/Account Management background would be considered.
- Familiarity with the distributor landscape in Malaysia.
