Job Description

A Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible to develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the consumer electronics and high-end pharmaceutical packaging sector in Malaysia and Singapore. His / Her focus will be to identify and target potential customers, build strong relationships, and deliver effective packaging solutions to meet their specific needs.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives in the consumer electronics and high-end pharmaceutical packaging sector.
• Identify key market segments, customer profiles, and emerging trends to effectively position our products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for consumer electronic paper board box.
• Engage with key decision-makers to understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and engineer to develop and deliver innovative packaging solutions.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
• Work closely with the hiring manager to bring and generate new successes, simultaneously increasing market share.

Multinational organisation|Regional exposure

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• More than 8 years\' experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development, prefer to be familiar with Paper and Packaging industry.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the consumer electronics and high-end pharmaceutical packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and consumer electronics and high-end pharmaceutical packaging trends.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
