About the Job
We're looking for a
District Manager
to oversee multiple areas and ensure the overall performance of our outlets in Malaysia. In this role, you'll lead Area Managers and Store Managers, drive operational excellence, and ensure business goals are met across your district. You'll be responsible for guiding teams, improving efficiency, and delivering consistent quality and customer satisfaction--while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration at every level.
What You'll Do
Lead and support Area Managers and Store Managers
-- guide recruitment, training, and coaching to build strong, high-performing teams across your district.
Ensure smooth operations across multiple outlets
-- overseeing sales, service quality, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company SOPs and Malaysia's standards.
Manage workforce planning
-- review manpower needs, optimize scheduling, and balance labor costs across areas.
Oversee financial and operational performance
-- monitor sales, profitability, COGS, and efficiency, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strengthen customer experience
-- ensure consistent service quality, address escalated issues, and maintain high satisfaction across outlets.
Drive alignment with company goals
-- provide district-wide reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior operations leadership.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in multi-outlet management within F&B or retail (QSR, cafe, restaurant) in Malaysia.
Proven leadership in managing and developing Area Managers or similar positions and large teams.
Strong business acumen with ability to drive profitability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Solid knowledge of Malaysia's food safety, hygiene, and labor standards.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Flexible to travel frequently across outlets and work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Customer-focused, hands-on, and results-driven.
Eligible to work in Malaysia.
