Job Responsibilities
Act as liaison between headquarters and regional branches through regular visits and engagement with store management.
Ensure all store operations comply with company standards.
Set and monitor regional KPIs (Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, Conversion Rate).
Ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives across all stores.
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management to improve market share, customer experience, and overall business growth.
Drive operational excellence and deliver value to customers across all stores.
