Set and manage regional sales targets and KPIs
, including sales target achievement, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), average selling price (ASP), footfall, and conversion rates.
Oversee and
maintain consistency
in
marketing efforts
and
promotional activities
across all stores.
Analyze branch performance
and
provide strategic recommendations
to senior management to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and drive overall growth.
Monitor and support each store
in delivering high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Identify market trends
and apply innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Job Requirements:
Prefer
District Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Store Manager
experience.
Background in
retail sales
, particularly within industries such as
fashion, footwear, pharmaceuticals, home & living retail chains, franchised retail.
Passionate
