Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skill for this position. As a District Supervisor you will responsible for setting reginal goals such as sales estimates, productivity goals, work closely with Store Manager to evaluate the market and create a plan that can impact store results.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensuring operational efficiency in each store. Demonstrated ability to drive results; execute based upon direction and manage multiple, competing priorities Demonstrated ability to build diverse, high-performing teams with an inclusive environment Able to deliver an exceptional customer experience via all channels Embraces challenges, takes risks, learn fast, and enables change. Consistently manages physical store environment to ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are met Develops plans to address key business issues, and utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results Managing stock level and movement in the stores. Control and minimize stock pilferage % at store level. Lead a team of leaders: motivate, coach, and strengthen Store Managers as team leaders and retail operator Recruiting and managing the staff. Experience with managing multiple retail stores in a given territory based in Malaysia. Well verse in retail SOP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 to 5 years supervisory / Store Manager experience in retail industry.

Prefer with F&B experiences

Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.

Ability to inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards.

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent client service and communication skills

Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays

Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
