Job Summary
Manage Log, tracking of file, and maintenance all project-related documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, etc.), both hard copy and electronic.
Register and implement strict version control to prevent errors and revision version is the latest updated.
Control distributions of documents to relevant internal teams, external consultants, and clients; manage approval workflows.
Consistently perform checks for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company/client standards and template as specified in ISO procedures.
Handle Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and project filing structures.
Review and generate reports on document status, work progress and project deliverables.
Manage archiving of completed project documentation.
Requirements
Cert or Diploma in Document Management/ Construction
2-3 years in similar experience.
Fresh graduate with internship experience also is welcome.
Posses own transport
Based at SEMENYIH Site Office
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,272.44 per month
