to support our construction project by managing all project documentation. The role involves controlling, tracking, and distributing documents to ensure proper record keeping and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Control and manage all project documents (drawings, method statements, reports, letters, etc.)
Maintain document control registers and ensure latest revisions are used on site
Receive, record, and distribute documents to consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure proper filing of hardcopy and softcopy documents
Assist project team during audits, inspections, and meetings
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams on document matters
Ensure documents comply with project and company procedures
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Experience in construction or project-based document control is an advantage
Familiar with construction documents and drawings
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF)
Good organization, communication, and time management skills
Able to work at project site and meet deadlines
Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply
