Job Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain all company documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper filing. Control the distribution of documents and ensure staff have access to the latest versions. Assist in preparing, updating, and archiving records in both electronic and hard copy formats. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements. Support departments with document retrieval and provide timely updates when required. Coordinate with internal teams to track document status and maintain document registers.

Job Requirements:



Minimum

SPM qualification

. 2-5 years of experience in documentation or administrative work (fresh graduates may be considered). Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
