Job Description

1. Receiving and submission document between Contractor and Sub-contractor
2. Updating the document summary log including receiving/submission/internal documents; official letters; material requisition; minutes of meeting; HSE documents (Toolbox meeting attendance list, Machineries list); etc\xe2\x80\xa6
3. Copy, scan and store project documents; letters; minutes of meeting; HSE documents; etc.
4. Check for accuracy and edit files.
5. Distribute project-related copies to internal teams as per Construction manager\xe2\x80\x99s guidance.
6. File documents in physical and digital records.
7. Retrieve files as requested by company/project staffs clients.
8. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
9. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
10. Preparation/Submission document for HSE /OGSP/CIDB training course for indirect/direct manpower.
11. Preparation the manpower list for Medical check-up for new incoming manpower.
12. Daily manpower/Machineries report preparation.
13. Preparation/Submission the requirement document for Safety visa card issuing/ gate pass for indirect/direct manpower.
