Role Summary
Develop creative marketing plans & strategy for Artists, in-line with the Domestic Department objectives
About the role:
Leading a team of executives in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns
Forecast marketing campaign and KPIs for domestic audience
Building Artists awareness and positioning in right market segments
Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans
Develop and execute marketing budgets, evaluates results through set KPIs
Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, and profit-loss projections.
Integrates different online and conventional marketing approaches to generates revenue for the artist
Identifies potential business partners and potential products viable for strategic partnership
Keep up-to-date latest trends and best practices in marketing
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns for all relevant platforms for the right target audience
Maintain effective communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
Result orientated and can work independently with the team
A good team player
Work closely with the team to form a creative social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing for the right target audience
Be responsible for the departments KPI matrix
Desirable Traits:
Degree in Music Marketing, Marketing or equivalent
At least 6 years of work experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Broad knowledge in the current music landscape and market trends
Huge passion for music and appreciation for music culture
Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
Knowledgeable of domestic, international, and digital marketplaces and how are they evolving
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to develop relations with people in the music business
Planning and organizing skills
Fluency in English and Bahasa (written and oral)
Candidate should be creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
