Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps). \xe2\x80\xa2 Setting timeframes to ensure to meet up client deadline and excel in organizing planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating and updating workflows. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct risk analyses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies). \xe2\x80\xa2 Track expenses and predict future costs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor project progress and address potential issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Measure and report on project performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as the point of contact for all participants. Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) or AUTOCAD software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work from rough sketches and specifications and help design with engineering and add details to plans/design from the knowledge of building techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by Project Manager as per client requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new project as per deadline. Educational Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of a Diploma, Bachelor or Master degree or any field equivalent. Experience Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering the field related. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner and AUTOCAD knowledge software. \xe2\x80\xa2 An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with computer-aided design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with 3D modelling tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good math skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Only for Male.
