Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 3-5 years experiences in metal fabrication or genset enclosure production environment.
Hands-on experience in supervising fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, painting, assembly).
Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and work orders.
Knowledge of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, MIG), materials (SS, MS), and finishing standards.
Familiar with production reporting and documentation.
Ability to manage resources and maintain production efficiency.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented with good coordination across departments (QA, Planning, Engineering).
