Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing customers\' delivery, packing, and shipping.
- Responsible for receiving customers\' orders and within 5 minutes to arrange dispatchers pick up.
- Responsible for assisting the Drop Point supervisor with Daily reports and monthly reports.
- Responsible for assisting Drop Point Leader with attendance records and reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as and when required.
- Candidates can use basic office software
- Independent working ability, careful and patient
- Positive attitude and good service to customers
- Rotational shift
