Department Overview Develop Common software (new feature, enhancement) for two way radio communication products.
SW RND for two way radio communication products for workgroup solutions.

- To carry out software requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and debugging for 2-way radios or other wireless communication devices
To evaluate the performance of wireless communication devices, including 2-way radios, in the lab as well as in the field
To carry out technical document delivery and maintenance, quality assurance activities, as well as providing technical supports or collaborate with other team members
To conduct research & development, and other tasks as specified by the engineering manager.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's/PhD Degree in Telecommunications/ Computer/ Electronics /Electrical or other related Engineering.
Skilled in Matlab, C, C++ programming
Preferably having at least 3 to 5 years of related working / research experience
Understanding of / experience with various DSP blocks such as modulator/ demodulator, error correction encoder/ decoder, digital down mixing, and FIR/IIR filters
Understanding of principle of wireless communications, various channel impairments, multipath fading, communication protocols, transceiver architectures, analog and digital modulation schemes.
Experience with Vector Signal Generator and Vector Signal Analyzer is desired but not a must.
