Duty Manager
Job Description
He/ She oversees and directs all aspects of the day-to-day public area operations. These shall include, but not limited, to Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge, including those of Limousine/ Taxi Services, Housekeeping, Engineering, special conference, Services & Catering functions and other guest contact areas. He/ She is proactive and quick to assess areas that need attention and decisive action. Ultimately, the Duty Manager must be an active liaison between management and the guests.
