Carry out inspection of concealed works in the process of construction, record. Manage to ensure the engineering quality conform to the requirements of the project. Stop nonstandard & unsafe operation onsite, report of engineering problems. Perform quality spot checks and EHS spot checks on the sites that have completed self-checks. Provide the training to subcontractors how to install the equipment. Record & report of engineering progress everyday. Site issue escalation to immediate superior (if any). Key Requirements: Experienced with an Internet service provider or enterprise-level network engineering. DWDM & optical transport and transceiver knowledge. System engineering, test and link analysis skills with vendor-specific tools (OSA, OTDR, Bert- 10 / 100g, Power meter.) Knowledge of industry standards, fiber / fiber management, electronics, AC-DC Wiring. Ability to use Visio, Excel, Power point, MS-Office.. Experience with as-built documentation. On-Call 24 / 7. Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Meticulous and detail oriented, works well with minimal supervision, ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure and provide analysis to senior management.
