Job Description
Title : E-Commerce Exe Working Days : Sunday - Thursday OR Sunday to Friday -10am- 7pm Nature of Business : Established IT company Working Location : Plaza Lowyat Job Highlights
- Air-conditioned office / warehouse.
- Additional Bonus / Allowance based on performance.
- Assist Supervisor to complete daily order fulfilment in terms of order arrangement, picking and packing.
- Check stock and maintain weekly stock replenishment.
- Support on customer service which related to exchange stock or shipping address.
- Help on other ad-hoc task assigned by Seniors or Manager.
- Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all assigned task. J
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Proactive with good communication skill, able to multitasking & work independently.
- Wiling to learn and be humble to learn.
- Responsive with sense of urgency.
- Can read Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin all three languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities and negotiation skills.
- Must have good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. * Fresh Graduate are welcome as we can provide E-commerce job related training from backend to frontend.
