Job Responsibilities:

• Managing overall account health and achieving sales targets.
• Ensuring optimal product and store presentation across all channels.
• Account growth planning and implementation.
• Co-ordinating daily operations with relevant teams (Marketing, Customer Service and Operations).
• Building and maintaining client and marketplace contact points relationships.
• Developing sales and inventory forecasts in line with clients\xe2\x80\x99 sales targets.
• Playing the role of e-commerce consultants to clients to advise best course of action to grow their business online.
• Providing timely updates to clients on each online sales channel.
• Campaign performance analysis across channels, using insights to build best practices for subsequent campaigns.
• Identifying and initiating campaigns to boost clients\xe2\x80\x99 e-commerce growth.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel skills.
• Proactive \xe2\x80\x93 self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize and self-manage time efficiently as this position would be managing more than one client account.
• Resourceful in developing campaigns catered to clients\xe2\x80\x99 business objectives.
• Strong relationship builder and negotiator.
• Able to analyze data to build a deeper understanding of the clients\xe2\x80\x99 e-commerce business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
