E Commerce Operation & Platform Lead

Job Description


Job purpose: This role supports the onsite members and stakeholders for both business and technical aspects of the in-house eStore end-to-end operations. Roles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and support onsite operation team on all product and promotional activities on website. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information onto the e-Commerce platform management system e.g. products, promotions, stocks, price. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the operation and identify any potential issues on the system and escalate any technical issues to the relevant teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the conceptual and technical operation of the e-Commerce platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with business users to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate and manage global, local enhancement projects and service add-ons with the development team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for application integration testing, user acceptance test and implementation roll-out. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support system integration with backend and other legacy systems e.g. GERP \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical platform consultancy & training. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 With a Bachelor of Degree preferably in technology related discipline such as Computer Science or Management of Information Systems \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-3 years hands-on and operational experience on e-Commerce platform i.e. SAP Hybris Commerce \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with e-Commerce End-to-End flow \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with system flow between e-Commerce platform and ERP system or other legacy systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic contents designing (i.e. Photoshop) & programing & coding skill is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge & experience on Adobe Experience Manager is plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent problem solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible, organized and independent \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skill \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communications skills and collaborative teamwork attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
