Experience Level: Junior (Less than 3 years)Key Responsibilities:Application Development:Develop and maintain applications using K2 SmartForms and Workflow for enterprise solutions.Utilize ASP.NET and C# for building web-based applications, ensuring they meet functional and technical requirements.Database Management:Write and optimize T-SQL queries for SQL Server 2016 to manage and retrieve data efficiently.Assist in database design and maintenance to support application functionality.Frontend Development:Implement user interfaces using CSS and JavaScript to enhance user experience and accessibility.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure alignment with design standards and requirements.Project Collaboration:Work closely with project teams to understand requirements and contribute to project delivery.Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in coding and documentation.Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.Identify and resolve bugs or issues in a timely manner to maintain application quality.Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications, ensuring they function smoothly in production.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues reported by users.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:Proficiency in ASP.NET and C# for backend development.Strong knowledge of T-SQL for database operations.Familiarity with frontend technologies, including CSS and JavaScript.Server/Database:Experience with Windows Server 2016 and SQL Server 2016.General Skills:Good problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality solutions.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Communication Skills:Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.Importance of the Role:
