We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Intervention Program Teacher to provide individualized therapy and support to children aged 2 to 7 years old who are at risk for or have already been diagnosed with developmental delays or disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions and collaborating with families and other professionals to support children\'s development. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver individualized therapy sessions to children, using evidence-based practices and the latest techniques to promote development in areas such as communication, social skills, motor skills, and self-help skills
Collaborate with families and other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to develop and implement a coordinated plan of care for each child
Monitor and document children\'s progress, using formal and informal assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as needed
Foster positive relationships with families, providing them with support, guidance, and education about their child\'s development and progress
Attend meetings with families, other professionals, and the Early Intervention Program Coordinator to discuss children\'s progress and plan for ongoing care
Ensure that all therapy sessions are conducted in a safe, nurturing, and respectful environment that promotes learning and growth
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and other documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy and support to young children with developmental delays or disabilities
Strong knowledge of child development and evidence-based interventions for children with developmental delays or disabilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals to develop and implement coordinated plans of care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
