We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Intervention Program Teacher to provide individualized therapy and support to children aged 2 to 7 years old who are at risk for or have already been diagnosed with developmental delays or disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions and collaborating with families and other professionals to support children\'s development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver individualized therapy sessions to children, using evidence-based practices and the latest techniques to promote development in areas such as communication, social skills, motor skills, and self-help skills
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to develop and implement a coordinated plan of care for each child
  • Monitor and document children\'s progress, using formal and informal assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Foster positive relationships with families, providing them with support, guidance, and education about their child\'s development and progress
  • Attend meetings with families, other professionals, and the Early Intervention Program Coordinator to discuss children\'s progress and plan for ongoing care
  • Ensure that all therapy sessions are conducted in a safe, nurturing, and respectful environment that promotes learning and growth
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and other documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy and support to young children with developmental delays or disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of child development and evidence-based interventions for children with developmental delays or disabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals to develop and implement coordinated plans of care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
