Role Responsibilities

Reporting int the Head SCM COE, Support the role out of strategic programs, specifically the SAP Concur system knownn in the Bank as EASE, The EASE Change and Performance Management Manager, will be responsible for program support of EASE roll out (75%) and providing governance and reporting input into the SCM Performance Scorecard. This will include Headcount and budget tracking across the SCM function as well as implementing additional performance measurement checks and balances.,

Responsibilities*

Program Delivery and Support

  • Support he delivery of EASE Roll out reporting into the EASE Roll Out Lead.
  • Collaborate across the function to track Scorecard delivery.
Process discipline and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Process and Business Integration team and Supply Chain Management MT to agree on the metrics and key principles for the Scorecard items
  • Work closely with the Reporting/Analytics team to produce monthly Supply Chain Management Source to Contract process turnaround time metrics in a timely manner
  • Produce monthly reports on Work in Progress initiatives for the Supply Chain Management Procurement teams to drive process discipline
  • Support adhoc requests on data relating to process turnaround time
  • Support and track actions on Weekly Squad meetings on Pre-approved Content and Turnaround time between Global Head and Chief Operating Officer of Supply Chain Management and SCM Procurement teams
Performance Management
  • Work closely with the Reporting/Analytics team to update monthly Supply Chain Management Scorecard
  • Drive SCM Monthly Performance Review calls to update the Supply Chain Management MT on the performance of the function and highlight gaps in performance
  • Support requests from the Group Finance team on submission of data for Group Chief Financial Officer Scorecard

Qualifications*

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor/Master Degree with 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of which experience in Business Planning would be a plus

\xc2\xb7 Possess strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to work effectively with peers and senior stakeholders across multiple regions

\xc2\xb7 Agile and comfortable with dealing with complex datasets

\xc2\xb7 Effective verbal and written presentation and exceptional communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong project management and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Self-starter and resilient

\xc2\xb7 Strong cognitive ability to design meaningful dashboards to drive key management decisions
