MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES SALES \xc2\xa7 Takes ownership and accountability for store and personal productivity. o Sales Per Transaction (SPT) o Unit Per Transaction (UPT) o Conversion rate \xc2\xa7 Assist in sales planning to achieve daily, weekly and monthly store targets. \xc2\xa7 Assist to create a high energy, sales and service focused work environment. CUSTOMER SERVICE & CRM \xc2\xa7 Ensure all customers are being served according to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s service standards. \xc2\xa7 Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service. \xc2\xa7 Support SM/ASM to manage and support team members with customer complaints. \xc2\xa7 Acquire new customers to Ferragamo database. \xc2\xa7 Develop customer relationships by providing customers regular updates. \xc2\xa7 Assist to monitor, motivate and supervise team members to develop customer relationships. \xc2\xa7 Promote and maintain an energetic presence and create a high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor. STORE STAFF MANAGEMENT Work with SM/ASM to mentor/motivate all staff to drive sales and achieve sales objectives; provide on-the-job training and development for all staff. Assist to resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner. . STRATEGIC PLANNING / ORGANIZING / EXECUTION Assist to identify potential obstacles or issues and provide Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with solutions to overcome. Assist in developing plans to address key business issues and utilize plans to impact business and achieve desired results. Demonstrate effective time management skills. CASH MANAGEMENT \xc2\xa7 Responsible for the store\xe2\x80\x99s payment transactions and ensuring that the register is balanced at the end of each day. \xc2\xa7 Responsible for tourist tax refund processing (where necessary). \xc2\xa7 Manage petty cash float and payments to third party vendors. STOCK MANAGEMENT -Ensure stock rooms are kept neat and tidy at all times; stock should be kept in appropriate order for ease of access when serving customers. - Ensure all stock transfers into and out of the store are properly recorded to minimize stock loss. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum GCE\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 level / Diploma Holders At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 luxury retail experience at Team Leader level Demonstrated success in a previous similar retail role Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff Good product knowledge in high-end fashion brand PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Well groomed, positive attitude and ability to work independently with high level of motivation and service mindset Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Must be sales driven and have a strong passion for retail Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,400.00 per month Benefits:
