Role

\xe2\x80\xa2	Manage customer enquiries and feedback via Whatsapp, email, social media, and other communication platforms. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Assist customers with manual orders, and manage special requests. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Communicate with partner suppliers to respond to customer enquiries. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Track deliveries and update customers on order status. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Update website with stock availability. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Assist with the operations team\xe2\x80\x99s general tasks. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Provide feedback to the operations, sales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience and communications.

Requirements 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any discipline. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Proficient in Microsoft Office and third party logistic provider apps (Lalamove, Grab etc). 
\xe2\x80\xa2	Good understanding of major social media platforms.
