*JOB DESCRIPTION* -Preparation of product photos & videos; -Product listing to various eCommerce channels in an accurate and timely manner; -Online inventory management (stock count & price); -Coordinate customer\xe2\x80\x99s orders through the supply chain (End to End) -Communicate with customers on stock level and able to provide advice & recommendations to customers; -Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s warranty and logistical issues with the order -To perform other day-to-day retail store operations, and -Able to start work immediately will be an advantage. -Training will be provided. *BENEFIT* - EPF/ SOCSO - Staff Purchase price - Group Sales Incentive for confirmed staff - Early confirmation for performing staff *REQUIREMENT* -Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply -Excellent Bahasa Malaysia & English Language proficiency is required; -Required Skills: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office; -Preferably Candidates that specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent is an added advantage; -Knowledge in Food Products and FMCG Retail industry is an added advantage, and -Exemplary communications and customer services skills are necessary.
