Job Description
s \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle company\xe2\x80\x99s Shopee & Lazada account (seller account) \xe2\x80\xa2 Upload product photos and details into the Shoppee & Lazada account \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact with customer and attend to their queries at the chat section \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide general advice to customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of Shopee & Lazada sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage customer orders from receiving order, receiving payment, prepare the order for courier within stipulated time given by the Shopee or Lazada \xe2\x80\xa2 Promotion to end-user for purchase thru Shopee or Lazada \xe2\x80\xa2 To join any campaign as seller conducted by Shopee/Lazada Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least one (1) year experience handling e-commerce business account \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess self-determination \xe2\x80\xa2 Well organized \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written communication & customer service skills
