Job Responsibilities

Identify potential affiliate and recruit new affiliate partners to join our program. Look for potential platform seller or other company to join our partnership program. Manage affiliate program across e-commerce platform such as TikTok, Shopee and others social media platform. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates. Create and Implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and increase revenue. Track, analyze, and report on affiliate and seller sales performance monthly. Use data-driven insights to improve affiliate marketing strategies. Provide regular performance reports to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates. Monitor and ensure compliance with company branding guidelines across all affiliate activities. Negotiate terms and conditions with new affiliates. Manage contracts and agreements with affiliate partners. Ensure all affiliate agreements are in line with company policies and legal requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to affiliates to help them succeed. Develop educational resources and tools to assist affiliates in their marketing efforts. Addressing and resolve any issues or concerns raised by affiliates. Participate at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and recruit new affiliates. Organize and participate in webinars and online events to engage with current and potential affiliates.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. Proven 1-2 years experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or a related field. Track record of successfully recruiting and managing affiliate partners. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Business Development: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
