Achieve monthly set sales targets in E-Commerce Channel
Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of e-commerce which includes end-to-end testing and ensuring optimal user experience
Responsible for developing a website that drives conversion and click rate
Develop a deep understanding on customer journey to convert and retain customers
Plan, execute and evaluate projects and launches
Evaluate processes for efficiency opportunities and produce new initiatives for business needs
Identify issues and recommend solutions for assigned programs/projects and policies and procedures
Analyse online sales and site data to determine and understand customer engagement
Monitors e-market place products, service offerings and pricing
Provide weekly reports to management on business turnover
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to the Company, Website Laws, Commercial laws and other relevant laws in conjunction with the Company
Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Sales Operations team to ensure sales and distribution are maximized to achieve
Manage relationship with 3rd party agencies
Requirements:
Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in E-Commerce preferably in FMCG or colour cosmetics industry
Experience managing e-commerce website or e-commerce launch
Knowledge of e-commerce business models & how e-commerce, web, mobile, social, search and channels work together
Possess knowledge in handling marketplace
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess strong data analysis skills, demonstrate analytical and multi-tasking capabilities
Proven track record in digital project implementation
