E Commerce Assistant (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

Assist in managing product listings, pricing, and updates on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Website). Handle customer inquiries and support through online channels. Prepare basic reports and maintain Excel paperwork. Coordinate online order packing, delivery and stock updates. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily online operations. Conduct competitor research to stay updated with market trends and pricing. Assist with purchasing items through online China platforms (e.g. Taobao). Support any other tasks assigned related to e-commerce operations.

Requirements:



Candidates with or without e-commerce experience are welcome -- we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to read and write in Chinese is required, as the role involves regular correspondence from China supplier.

Good communication and teamwork skills. Responsible and detail-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
