- Diploma in Mass Communication (at least)
- At least 2 years of experience in social media (MUST).
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopeexe2x80xa6etc
- Proficient in Mandarin (MUST).
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
- Skilled in basic graphic design and video editing tools.
- Confident and outspoken communicator.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Create eye-catching videos, reels, and stories that showcase our products and services.
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings and smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to online customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Analyze e-commerce performance and suggest improvements to enhance sales.
- Build strong relationships with followers by actively engaging with them on social media.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement
