- Reply messages and convert sales through our official page

- Follow Up customers, increate customer satisfaction

- Write + change Reply SOP (Copywriting)

- Conceive of ways to increase the conversion rate

- After-sales service

Responsibilities

[We Prefer Mandarin Speaking]- This is an on-the-job entrepreneurial job, and the customer service needs to be able to respond to messages by phone/computer whole day, including Saturdays and Sundays

- Must have a sense of responsibility and be accountable in doing things

- Hardworking respond to messages as soon as possible regardless of holidays

- Like this job and this environment

- Love to learn, have a marketing mindset

- Digitization, neatly organize and record data

- Eye-catching, quick response, strong execution
