Job Description




E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE- high income

Responsibilities : * Responding to Customer Inquiries through various channels like email, live chat, phone calls, or social media.

  • Assisting customers with order-related questions, tracking shipments, and processing returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Handling customer complaints and working towards resolutions.
  • Suggesting additional or better products based on customer budget and preferences.
  • Gathering and documenting customer feedback for improvement.
  • Managing E-commerce seller center
Requirement: * Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Language proficiency in the primary customer language(s)
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility with scheduling and working shifts
